This policy explains what personal information Image Circle Learning collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past — if anything here is unclear, message us and we will explain it.

We only ask for what we need to reply to you and run the workshop. Depending on how you reach us, that may include:
If you book a place, we will also see the payment reference generated by your UPI app when you transfer the fee. We never ask for, and never want, your card number, UPI PIN, bank password, OTP or any other credential. Nobody from Image Circle Learning will ever ask you for these.

We do not send bulk marketing to people who have not asked to hear from us. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop.
We photograph and film our sessions, and we sometimes use those images on this website, on Instagram, and in advertising. If you would prefer not to appear, tell Gowri at the start of the day and we will keep you out of frame — there is no need to explain why, and it will not affect your experience of the workshop. If a photo of you is already published and you want it taken down, message us and we will remove it.
Written or video testimonials are only ever used with your explicit permission, given at the time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no tracking pixel on it at the time of writing. The only third-party request the site makes is to Google Fonts. Netlify keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, as any web host does.
If we add analytics or advertising tracking later, we will update this page and change the date at the top before doing so.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years, so that we can let you know when a workshop reaches your city. Records relating to an actual booking are kept for up to five years for accounting purposes. Workshop photographs are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.

Our public workshops are intended for adults. Where we run programmes inside schools, we work through the school, and any consent for a student's participation or photography is handled by the school and the child's parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website or through our ads.
Your information sits in ordinary business tools — WhatsApp, Gmail, and Meta's advertising dashboard — protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. We keep the number of people with access very small. No system is completely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not keep information we no longer need.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
